What is your cancellation policy for mixed day tours? (private bookings excluded)

All our mixed day tours require a minimum of 4 people to run. We will advise guests 48 hours prior should we need to cancel a tour.

Non-Refundable tickets

  • Customers who purchase a general Adult ticket will receive a credit if we are provided with notice of cancellation a minimum of 48 hours prior to your tour. If you have booked with a gift voucher or gift card, you will have this re-issued.
  • If cancellation is advised in less than 48 hours there are no refunds or credits provided. No-shows will be charged the full price.
    Any changes to the date of your booking are subject to availability and a re-booking fee of $25
    If we need to cancel the tour due to not reaching the minimum numbers, we will advise you 48 hours prior. We will attempt to re-book, or offer you a credit or refund in this instance

Fully Flexible Tickets

  • Customers who purchase an Adult Flexible ticket will receive a full refund (or credit) if we are provided with notice of cancellation a minimum of 48 hours prior to your tour. If you have booked with a gift voucher or gift card you will have this re-issued.
  • If cancellation is advised in less than 48 hours, there are no refunds. No-shows will be charged the full price.
  • Our Adult Flexible ticket allows you to change the date of your booking at no charge provided it is a minimum of 48 hours prior to your tour.
  • If we need to cancel the tour due to not reaching the minimum numbers, we will advise you 48 hours prior. We will attempt to re-book, or offer you a credit or refund in this instance

What is your cancellation policy for private group bookings?

If you need to cancel your tour for any reason please contact us as soon as possible.

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

If you cancel your booking;

  • Between 0 (day of tour) and 14 days before the tour – no refund
  • Between 15 and 30 days before the tour – 50% of the tour price paid per person
  • More than 30 days before the tour – 100% of the tour price (less non-refundable booking deposit)

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are usually processed the same day as your request, however most banks can take 3-5 business days.

How do gift cards work?

You can purchase a gift card for a set amount that can be used towards any of our tours. Please note these are valid across all tours provided by Creative Tours, and also Sunshine Coast Craft Beer Tours.

Gift Cards are not specific to any one tour

Gift Cards can be used on any tour subject to availability

Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase

How much does a Private Charter with Driver cost?

This will depend on your pick up location, where you want to go and how many hours you want to book. Best to contact us directly for a quote on 0438823377 or [email protected]

When is the payment due for private group bookings?

A deposit of $300 is required to confirm any private booking
Full payment is required 14 days before your tour
Payment may be made with a credit card or bank deposit.

What if I am late?

No refund is payable if a passenger is not at the departure point at the nominated departure time to participate in the tour. Guests should ensure that they know exactly where the departure point is and should arrive there at least 10 minutes early.

Will my tour operate in wet weather?

Our tours operate rain, hail or shine – or as long as it is safe to do so. If we think one of our experiences may not be safe to run then we will advise you in advance of any cancellation.

Do you provide a door to door pick-up service?

Yes, for any private group booking. Our Day Tours have several central and convenient locations where you can mee the bus for the tour. Check each specific tour for the pick-up locations.

 

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

We ask that you provide us notice at time of booking so we can make every effort to accommodate your request. However, we are unable to offer a guarantee on behalf of the various venues we visit but we will inform you in advance if a specific dietary request is not available.
